A proper raclette for 8 people, the kind of dinner where everyone melts their own cheese at the table and it goes on for two hours. It is all there: the base, the big non-stick grill plate on top at 40 x 28 cm, 8 mini pans and 4 wooden spatulas, and the thermostat dial lets you turn the heat down once everything is cooked. It is 1500 W, only 40 x 28 x 16 cm and 3.7 kg, so it lives in a cupboard the rest of the year and you carry it home in one hand. I have plugged it in and checked it, it heats properly across the whole plate and the thermostat clicks in and out as it should.
