🌳 Fire extinguisher 6 kg ABC dry powder, 27A 144B C, PT Fire, with wall bracket (extintor pó químico ABC 6kg, TVDE / casa / carro)

This is the 6 kg ABC powder extinguisher I bought new from extintorespvp.pt on 11 September 2025, and I still have the invoice. PT Fire ref ABC_6Kg_PTFIRE, rated 27A 144B C, so it covers wood and paper, flammable liquids, gases and electrical fires up to 35 000 V. It is 410 mm tall, 160 mm across, 8,54 kg full, stored pressure with a gauge on the head, and the wall bracket comes with it. Its first annual manutencao falls due around 11 September 2026, and it is worth being clear what that is, because most listings are not: it is an inspection, not a refill. The technician reads the gauge, checks the pin and seal, clears the hose, turns the bottle over to feel the powder move, and signs the label. Nothing is replaced on a healthy unit. The powder itself is only changed every five years, so this one is not due until 2030. I have checked it myself and will show you: the needle sits in the green at room temperature, the pin and tamper seal are intact, there is no rust or denting, the hose is clear, and the powder thuds properly when I invert it. On the legal side, the annual maintenance duty in Portugal falls on regulated buildings and their responsible person, and Decreto-Lei 220/2008 article 3 number 4 expressly excludes the inside of a home, so for a flat, a garage or a workshop there is no obligation on you. Where the date does count is a taxi or TVDE car, and this one clears the A, B and C requirement three times over, though it is bigger than the 2 kg most drivers fit.
