Each light goes from 3000K to 5500K, which is warm yellow light at one end and neutral daylight at the other, and the brightness dims from 10 to 100 percent, all from the knob on the back or from the remote. The stands go from 72 cm up to 210 cm and the whole thing packs down into the carry bag it comes with, about 5 kg in total, so it is easy to take away in a car.
