I have two of these identical Rowenta fans and the price shown is for one, so take one or take both. They are genuinely quiet, 45 dB in the Silent Night mode which is fine to sleep next to, and there is a Turbo Boost for when the flat gets hot, 4 speeds in total, automatic oscillation and adjustable height. Each one is about 110 cm tall with a 46 cm round base and weighs under 9 kg, and they come apart in a minute into small pieces, base, poles, grilles and blade, so they fit in any car with no trouble. I bought it new in June 2025 for 84 euros and hardly used it, so it is close to new. I have the invoice, so it is still inside the three year legal guarantee period, which runs to June 2028.
